Private lessons are taught on a weekly basis giving the student the maximum benefit of new information and time to practice it, as well as follow up by the instructor to ensure it is well understood.
Each lesson consists of the student showing what they have worked on, assessment by the instructor, new information presented, and a practice plan set up. Students take notes through the lesson and will be sent home with them as well as the assignment and notes from the instructor, which are also emailed. Pracitice is tracked online which helps students to see their efforts turn into progress.
30, 45, or 60-min. lessons are available.
The time slot taken depends on the desired goals of the student and parents more than age, however students aged 12 and older are required to take at least 45-min lessons.
To get started just register online. After that you will be contacted to set up a time to meet in person at the studio. The initial meeting is an interview designed to assess if your goals can be met here and comes at no charge.
