Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions apply to  requesting time away from lessons and to pause billing.

​

Since SSO bills based on the reservation of a lessons slot and not for lessons actually taken our policy requests at least 2 weeks' notice for an intent to discontinue. We understand that this is not always possible and we will accept discontinuation requests until the last day of the month. However, after the 1st of the month we are officially inside the next billing period and therefore discontinuing at that point is effectively requesting a refund for unused lessons.

By filling out this form you are agreeing to give SSO as much notice as possible, and that you will pay 50% of your normal monthly cost if you are discontinuing on or after the 1st of the month in which you intend to quit and have not already paid. That is, if you fill out this form on the 5th of April and intend for March to have been your final month, and have not yet paid for April, you will agree to pay 50% of your normal rate for April and receive no lessons. If you are discontinuing after the 1st and have already paid for the month there is no offer to refund.
